As a locally led, non-governmental organization with strong acceptance from both the community and governmental authorities, our position forms a vital asset for sustaining our work and services. This has enabled us to operate effectively in challenging environments across various governorates, including those that have experienced different forms of terrorism.

 

Procurement Policy

The Foundation and its partners are committed to ensuring that all materials, supplies, and services are procured by authorized staff from reputable suppliers within the country. This is done while ensuring adequate quantities, competitive pricing, and timely delivery — all carried out with complete transparency.

 

Employment Policy

At Al-Rakeezeh, we believe in equal employment opportunities for all individuals regardless of race, color, gender, religion, age, or any other status not professionally relevant. The Foundation follows a “zero-tolerance” approach toward fraud, bribery, and corruption, including their detection, reporting, and investigation.

 

Code of Conduct Policy

In line with our vision and values, Al-Rakeezeh Foundation upholds the highest standards of ethical behavior among all employees and affiliated individuals. The expected conduct is clearly outlined to every contractor upon engagement, forming an integral part of all employment contracts. These rules apply at all times, and violations of the Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary action, including termination.
