Social care is a collection of programs and services offered by charitable and non-charitable organizations and organizations to aid the impoverished, orphaned, and individuals with special needs so that the difficulties and challenges that these communities face may be eliminated. These services may include housing, health, education, financial assistance for the procurement of food, or provisions for the unemployed.
Orphans receive social assistance and psychological support.
Social care for orphans refers to the formal and informal initiatives that offer monthly financial support to children who are orphans, either physically or virtually, residing in alternative families or residential institutions, or even with their families (mother and siblings), through sponsorship. This type of sponsorship is presently prevalent among Arab charitable organizations. Furthermore, regular events and activities cater to the needs of orphans in the domains of education, culture, society, and recreation.
Orphans require psychological support, particularly in times of crisis and disaster, in order to prevent the onset of psychological issues in children and foster the development of a resilient personality.
